I am proud of the art pieces that I create, so I really hope you will enjoy them as much as I did making them. If the item however is not as you expected it, you can contact me within seven days of receipt of your order. If we agree on a return, you will then need to carefully re-package the item and arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service that was used to send the order to you. Once the item has safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days minus any costs incurred by me.
I pack and wrap all pieces very carefully. However if something is damaged during shipping, keep a photograph and contact me within seven days.
All items will be shipped within 5 business days. Shipping via United States Postal Service. If you are outside the United States contact me regarding shipping.
