David Rodrigues, the Artist
David Rodrigues is a California-based artist whose journey began in 1996, after an inspiring encounter with the works of renowned painter Ed Cesena. Drawn to Cesena’s expressive style and jazz-infused creativity, David became his mentee, learning through observation and countless hours in the studio together.

With Cesena's influence deeply embedded in his process, David developed his own unique style, blending vibrant colors and swift brush strokes. His work, often set to the backdrop of jazz music, reflects both his mentor’s legacy and his own artistic voice. Today, David continues to create, honoring the spirit of his mentor with every stroke.
